Citizens Advice Pembrokeshire – a local charity providing free, confidential advice – will be offering face-to-face advice sessions in Tenby every month.

Funded by the Welsh Government, this new initiative to be hosted at Tenby Town Council offices in the De Valence Pavillion on Upper Frog Street every four weeks, will make it easier for local residents to access free help with issues around benefits, housing, debt and more, without the need to travel far.

A spokesperson for Citizens Advice Pembrokeshire said: “This partnership helps us reach more people where they are, making early intervention more accessible and bringing support to those who need it most".

Sessions will be available on a drop-in basis from 10am to 1pm every 4 weeks, with follow up appointments available in-between at the council offices. The next drop-in session is scheduled for July 31.

Mayor, Cllr. Dai Morgan said: “Tenby Town Council are delighted to welcome Citizens Advice Pembrokeshire’s decision to offer an outreach service to the public within the town council offices. This aligns with our plans to utilise our new more accessible office space within the De Valence to expand the range of community-based services available to residents and visitors alike.”
