Today (Friday) sees a landmark location in Tenby go under the hammer.

On behalf of Pembrokeshire County Council, J.J. Morris Chartered Surveyors, Estate Agents, Valuers and Auctioneers are auctioning the site of the former cottage hospital in Trafalgar Road.

"This is a rare opportunity to acquire a site with potential situated within the heart of the popular coastal resort of Tenby and being ideally suited for redevelopment, subject of course to the necessary planning consents being obtained," said the J.J. Morris website.

The public auction takes place at The Giltar Hotel and the price guide set is £250,000 - £275,000.
