TENBY Playgroup held a special coffee morning on Friday to say a fond farewell to two of their assistants.
Betty Knowles has retired after being involved with the playgroup for 30 years, while Jane Lindsay has said goodbye after 14 years service.
Joining past and present pupils, committee members, parents and friends for the special coffee morning, which was held to say thank you to 'Aunty Betty' and 'Aunty Jane' for all they have done for the group over the years, was Mayor, Clr. Mrs. Christine Brown.
During the morning, Betty and Jane were presented with a number of gifts, cards and flowers by past pupils Rebecca and Rachel Brown, Luke James, Jemima Childs, Aaron Lloyd and Lydia Dilks.
Thanks are extended to all who gave raffle prizes, especially Mr. and Mrs. Gardner, of the Jazz Sweet Shop.
Yvonne and Becky also thank everyone who attended and helped at the coffee morning.
Jane and Betty would like to thank all committee members and parents for the kind gifts received.
