Folk duo Ember delighted a large audience at St. Johns Church last Wednesday lunchtime. Emily Williams, from Machynlleth, and Rebecca Sullivan, from Salt Lake City, are versatile musicians, playing violin, guitar, harmonica and even the penny whistle, but it is their stunning vocal harmonies which make them so memorable. The concert consisted entirely of their own material, and the attractive, friendly and intelligent young women very quickly held the audience spellbound. Ember have captured the hearts of audiences all over the world and Tenby was no exception. Their lively, accomplished and original concert was a highlight of this year's very successful Arts Festival.
