Pembrokeshire County Council has produced a newsletter for landlords highlighting both the recent changes to the housing benefit system and some of the proposals for welfare reform.

Produced by the county council's housing division, it is intended to be the first of a number of newsletters intended to explain the effect of changes for private landlords.

Copies of the newsletter will be sent out in the post over the next fortnight and will include a questionnaire for completion and return.
