Abbie Clark from Fishguard, who recently completed her NVQ 3 Professional Cookery course at Pembrokeshire College and attended a catering bursary at the five-star Berkeley Hotel in Knightsbridge for six months this academic year, will soon be starting her new position as commis chef at Gordon Ramsey's newest fine dining restaurant Plane Food at terminal 5 in Heathrow. "Abbie gave a really good impression at the five- star Berkeley Hotel and as a consequence deservedly got offered a job when one of the senior chefs transferred to Plane Food," commented lecturer Peter Broady. "The five-star bursary scheme has been marvellous in preparing students to work anywhere in the world in a professional environment."
