St. Issell's Church, Saundersfoot, is blooming marvellous this week for the annual Saundersfoot in Bloom flower festival. A total of 31 colourful floral displays have been created by organisations and churches in the village for the event which runs until tomorrow (Saturday). The festival is open 10 am - 6 pm, with donations being shared between Saundersfoot in Bloom and Plant Dewi, the diocesan charity which works with children and families. Saundersfoot in Bloom are grateful to Canon Michael Butler for loaning the church to them and also everyone who has contributed to making the event a success. Canon Butler is seen here with Saundersfoot in Bloom members Rosemary Hayes (secretary), Joan Allen (vice-chairman) and Joan Nicholls (treasurer).
