There were 'fishy happenings' at Tenby Harbour last Sunday when chef Mark Phillips, of the Stone Crab Restaurant, Saundersfoot, gave a demonstration on cooking fish as part of the Pembrokeshire Fish Week, which continues until this Sunday.
