Macmillan Cancer Support (Pembrokeshire Branch) recently held two successful charity events.
The first was a fish and chip supper at the Mermaid Restaurant, Saundersfoot, where over 100 supporters of the charity participated in an enjoyable evening with delicious food.
Later in the month, the traditional Pancake Tuesday was held in the Town Hall, Pembroke, where local people and visitors alike enjoyed coffee and pancakes made by Macmillan volunteers.
The fish and chip supper raised £622 and this was boosted by a further £325 from the pancake event, making a grand total of £947 for the charity.
The Pembrokeshire committee would like to thank everyone for their continued support.
