1st Tenby Cubs visited Tenby Fire Station recently where they were met by Station Officer Dicky Lewis and firefighter Lee Simmonds.

The talk included fire safety in the home, the importance of maintaining smoke alarms and testing them once a week.

The firefighters also told the Cubs about bonfire and firework safety, as well as the need to have a home escape plan. Also highlighted were potential dangers in the home, with the Cubs being told about fire hazards to be aware of.
