A file of correspondence recording views on what could be done with the site of Tenby's Old Cottage Hospital is to be collected by the town council. It was decided to open the dossier following a letter received by the council at their meeting on Tuesday evening. The letter, written by June Howell, of Penally, asked that the "valuable site" not be wasted on a car parking facility and that it would be best utilised for an affordable housing scheme for which there was a "desperate" need in the town. Clr. Mrs. Christine Brown welcomed the response and felt that more letters of the like should be encouraged.
