Narberth was overflowing with festive fun on Saturday night as the town's annual Winter Carnival burst into life. Bringing the streets alive with colour, music and illuminations, the spectacular procession has been hailed the best yet. Twelve floats, a large turnout of walking entries, jugglers, fire-eaters, a steam traction engine, samba dancers and lantern-carriers joined Father Christmas for the celebrations. Among the entries was a Thomas the Tank Engine from Dennis Mason and Friends (pictured above), while right, Father Christmas and his Snow Queen, Nicola Jackson, enjoyed meeting some of their young friends and finding out what was on their Christmas lists.
