Congratulations to Emma Spence, of Saundersfoot CP School, who won the Grade 1 piano class at the 109th Bristol Festival of Music, Speech and Drama.

Emma played James Hook's Gavotta No.3 and beat a large number of participants to claim her trophy.

The event was adjudicated by Graeme Humphrey, of the Royal Academy of Music.

Emma is a pupil of Jan Hartzell from Saundersfoot.
