Pembrokeshire Parenting Services are inviting parents and carers from across the County to take part in a survey launched this week.

The Pembrokeshire Parenting Service Review is evaluating the support services currently available in the County, to ensure that families get the right help when they need it.

Every parent needs a little support from time to time, from early years, breastfeeding and potty training, to navigating the teenage years, or possibly finding help for children who have additional learning needs.

Some children, young people and families may require help on a one-to-one basis, while other families may benefit from assistance through a support group.

There are a range of support services on offer across Pembrokeshire, provided by the Council, including Flying Start, the Team Around the Family (TAF) and Inclusion Support/Parent Partnership Service, as well as other agencies and charities such as Action for Children.

Pembrokeshire County Council is welcoming views from parents and carers on what parenting support should look like in the future, whether they have previously received family support from a professional service or not, by the deadline of March 22.
