Local estate agent Dominic Subbiani, of FBM, a member of Home Sale Network, has just returned from the Cartus Broker International Real Estate Conference in Dallas, Texas. FBM has been crowned as the Home Sale Networks' Best Independent Estate Agents 2007. Dominic Subbiani was re-presented with the Cartus Cup in front of over 800 American delegates. Richard Tucker, the Home Sale Network managing director, made the presentation to Dominic and mentioned in his speech, after visiting Pembrokeshire, it was one of the most beautiful and spectacular parts of the world. The theme of this year's conference was 'The power of performance', offering delegates the opportunity to share best practice and take part in some transatlantic networking, along with seminars and keynote sessions on topics ranging from marketing right through to recruitment. Dominic Subbiani, partner in FBM, said: "The conference has real take home value, it's great to get a new perspective on the property market and identify some of the things that my US counterparts are doing and think about how I can apply them to the UK property market. It is also gives the opportunity to meet the US brokers and remind myself of the valuable relationship that FBM enjoys with Cartus."
