We're here once again in our favourite place,

The sea is sparkling, the sun 's on my face.

You just couldn't beat it, wherever you go,

With boats in the harbour, we love it so.

There's much alteration going on in the town,

The noise and the mess just makes you frown.

But it will make improvement, I know you'll agree,

To this lovely old township, close by the sea.

And when we come back later on in the fall,

It will still be the very best place of all.

Drills will have stopped, scaffolding down,

And once again Tenby will be a beautiful town.
