A memorial parade and church service are to be held in Pembroke Dock on Sunday in remembrance of the 25th anniversary of the Falklands conflict.
The parade is being organised by the Pembroke and Pembroke Dock branch of the Royal British Legion, who cordially invite all veterans of all theatres of conflict to attend, and they would be especially appreciative of the attendance of any Falklands veterans who reside in the Pembrokeshire area or further afield.
Itinerary for the parade is as follows: venue for parade marchers - CP School, Bush Street, Pembroke Dock (blue school); form up - 2.15 pm; step off - 2.40 pm.
Marchers will then proceed to the cenotaph at St. John's Church where a laying of wreaths will take place. This will be followed by a memorial service in the church and afternoon tea in the Church Hall.
