Local councillors are to request that Pembrokeshire County Council put in to action the clean neighbourhoods and environment act in cleaning up a property that has become an 'eyesore' in the town. Clr. Mike Evans informed his colleagues at Tuesday night's meeting that a derelict house at 7 Clareston Road needed to be cleaned up as it was "severely affecting the amenity of the area." Clr. Evans suggested that the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority could also act on the matter by serving a notice on the property's owner to tidy the premises.
