Sir,

On a recent visit to Narberth I read an article in your paper with Clr. Wynne Evans, quite rightly, commenting on the poor state of the Post Office/Sorting Office building near Spring Gardens, and how he was going to address this.

However, I would urge Mr. Evans to look no further than Narberth High Street to see an eyesore needing attention. There is a white building between Number 47 Gifts and Williams Vision which, from the front looks awful, and from the back, dangerous! The roof is in tatters, a strong wind would have debris strewn across the car park! This house has been in this condition since I have been visiting Narberth and its presence is a stark contrast to the immaculately presented shops around it.

I urge the powers that be to see what can be done about this, after all this could be, and is probably, affecting business.

Mrs. J. Hughes,

Llanelli.
