Mayor of Pembroke Dock, Clr. Peter Kraus, attended the open day of the HOPE Centre in Neyland on Friday, together with his Mayoress and other Mayors from the county.
"To see how they operate was a real eye opener from start to finish," said Clr. Kraus.
"We were given a guided tour around the centre and were absolutely amazed what facilities they have for their patients," he continued.
"They should be congratulated for the service they give to their patients. I would support them in any way I can."
And he added: "I have agreed to do the New Year's Swim at Saundersfoot for them, which will be a huge challenge for me as it will be my first. I am taking with me the Mayor and his consort from Milford Haven, Clr. Guy Woodham and Mr. Colin Sharp, and the one and only Mr. Ken Bromley from the HOPE Centre, so look out!
"In the meantime, may I wish everyone at the HOPE Centre all the very best for the future and keep up the good work."
