Over the course of the summer, local passenger vessel and ex-Hoylake RNLI lifeboat Mary Gabriel, skippered by Tenby lifeboat crew member Robert John, managed to raise the grand sum of £630 for the RNLI.
Rob had some RNLI collection boxes aboard the Mary Gabriel and his generous passengers filled them several times over the season.
However, due to the late arrival of the new passenger trip vessel to Tenby, it was only operated over the months of July and August and so Rob is hoping that with a longer season in 2018, the boat will raise even more money.
