The annual Tenby 10K will take place on Sunday, July 28.

There is a slight change to the course so the start will be on High Street outside Barclays Bank at 11 am.

For all race information, please visit http://www.tenby10k.org.uk">www.tenby10k.org.uk where you can also see a video of the course.

Postal entries close today (Friday) so to save yourself £2 and get your number and timing chips in the post, why not download an entry form from the website. You can also enter the day before the race in Tenby House's beer garden between 10 am and 2 pm or on the day before 10.30 am.

This year's entries so far have hugely exceeded previous years.

For the safety of the runners, there will be some road closures, most of them only for a short time at the start.

Organisers ask motorists to avoid High Street, Narberth Road and the Maudlins between 10.55 and 11.15 to allow the runners to get away. These closures will be manned by police officers. Marsh Road and part of Clicketts Lane will be closed between 10.55 and 12 noon and all residents affected will have information letters delivered to them.
