SUMMERHILL Film Night offers a free screening at Amroth Parish Hall every second Friday of the month. For June, it’s 2025 romantic fantasy A Big Bold Beautiful Journey (15) starring Margot Robbie, Colin Farrell, Kevin Kline and Phoebe Waller-Bridge.

Jennifer Grant and Hamish Linklater also star in this drama directed by Kogonada and produced by its writer, Seth Reiss.

Two strangers who meet at a mutual friend’s wedding have the chance to relive important moments from their pasts, illuminating the path that led them to the present and gaining the opportunity to change their futures.

The film shows at 7.30pm on Friday, June 12 at Amroth Parish Hall, Summerhill (What3words: brightens.venue.rejoins), with doors opening at 7pm when tea and coffee will be available. There is no need to book and no charge for admission, although donations are appreciated.
