PICTURED is 18-year-old Tom Minton, who last week spent a week on work experience at the Observer.
Tom, who lives in Carew Cheriton, is studying for his A levels in English language and literature, environmental science and media studies at Pembrokeshire College.
As part of his media course, Tom, who works at the Carew Inn in his spare time, spent a week with our type-setting and production department, and was on hand to see and help with putting the 'paper together.
