SPAN Arts are bursting with opportunities for enjoyment over the next few weeks. The Tsunami Benefit Big Gig at Folly Farm, Begelly, takes place on Saturday, March 5, while the following day, there will be a singing workshop day at Span in Narberth with Judith Silver, 10 am to 4 pm. On Thursday, March 10, at the town's Queen's Hall, the Laugh Lines Comedy Club will meet. Many Laugh Lines regulars have asked for the return of modest man, Hal Cruttenden, from their first ever show last February. He is back this month with his self-deprecating humour and the best Blair impression yet. 'Cruttenden takes his own world of the cosy English middle classes, rummages around it and pulls out some remarkably dark humour that he finds lurking at the bottom' - The Herald. There will be support from the outrageous Wil Hodgson, winner of the Perrier award as best newcomer 2004. The compere is Liverpudlian Mr. Fix It - silky, as smooth as velvet, sharp as a pin. Food to match the mood will be available from Café Q. Doors open 7.30 pm and the fun starts at 8. Tickets are £8 (£6 concessions).
