It was the end of an era for a group of walkers from Saundersfoot this week, as after eight years, the Strollers have disbanded.

“It was a sad day - but we have walked many a mile together, visited many a cafe, enjoyed some fantastic scenery, climbed a few ‘uppies’, waded through some mud, laughed and cried, consumed several bananas and drunk many cups of coffee, but most importantly made many good friends!” said Saundersfoot Stroller Lyn Sandall.

“Unfortunately due to Covid restrictions we were unable to finish up in true Strollers style with a party on the beach, as we do still need to keep to the rules; so maybe another time when normality returns!

“Many thanks goes to everyone who has been involved with the Strollers in any way during these past eight entertaining years,” she added.
