The talk given by Rev. Jonathan Fiddy on Sunday at Emmanuel, Manorbier encouraged his listeners to build their lives on the word of God. He urged them to have nothing to do with the occult, fortune telling, 'spiritual' healers who claim their power comes from another source than Jesus. He also spoke against secretive societies like the Freemasons, who have at the highest levels, he said, a form of religion which is completely contrary to Christianity. "Our spiritual battle with the devil is real," said the pastor. "Choose to believe God's word." Many people came forward for prayer or stood to accept God's forgiveness and change in their lives.
