Rev. Jonathan Fiddy told a story on Sunday about a Christian who was asked how he was. When the Christian replied "Very well, under the circumstances", the response was not what he might have expected: "What are you doing under the circumstances?"

Sometimes Christians need reminding that with grace they are able to succeed in every situation. "Trials and difficulties help our faith to grow," said the Pastor. "In Christ we are overcomers."

And that is not all: Rev. Fiddy taught that believers in Jesus are 'sons of God'- re-born with an indestructible life - and 'a royal priesthood', with the right to come directly before the Lord. This awesome inheritance is not earned, but freely given by the Father.

The service included some new songs and giving thanks for God's many blessings.
