A great time was had by all at Amroth Parish Hall in Summerhill recently when Nigel John, the country's finest Elton John tribute act, kept the small but enthusiastic audience enthralled for two hours.

His set included favourites such as 'Your Song', 'Goodbye Yellow Brick Road', 'Don't Let The Sun Go Down On Me', 'Crocodile Rock', 'Are You Ready For Love', 'Sacrifice', 'Circle Of Life', 'I Guess That's Why They Call It The Blues' and 'Don't Go Breaking My Heart', which featured the talent of two local undiscovered singers!

On a sad note, due to the loss of money by the organisers because of the small attendance, the 'Beatles, Blues and Blue Violin' concert scheduled for April next year has had to be cancelled.
