Christmas is coming and Tenby Library is putting on display it’s collection of Christmas-themed craft and cookery books, just in time for those who want to make their own puddings or presents, or try something a little different this year. Also, to help get you in the mood, there is a selection of Christmas-themed fiction going on display too.

This month, we have the new books by Bernard Cornwell, Dilly Court, Stephen King, Danielle Steel, Penny Vincenzi and Dan Brown in the library, and new DVDs including Churchill, Pirates of the Caribbean: Salazar’s Revenge, and Wonder Woman.

There will be no baby rhyme time this week, due to half-term, but it will be back with stories, songs and craft activities from next Friday (the 10th) at 11 am.

The gadget drop-in sessions are still going strong on Monday mornings, 10 am - 12 noon. If you are having problems with your tablet or smart-phone, drop in and speak to Roger, our digital champion volunteer, who may be able to help you.

On Tuesday, November 14, the public computers will be down across all of Pembrokeshire, as they are having a system upgrade, so if you need to print out tickets, boarding passes or other urgent documents, try and get them done in the days before.

Also on Tuesday 14th, there is the second meeting of the Under 50s Book Club. If you like the idea, but missed the first meeting, then come along at 6.30 pm as there are still places available in the group.
