Congratulations to students at Tenby’s Greenhill School today who are receiving their A/AS/L3 results.

Headteacher, Mr. David Haynes remarked: “I would like to congratulate all pupils at Ysgol Greenhill who are receiving their A/AS/L3 results today.

“I am very proud of their commitment, work ethic and of the remarkable results which they have achieved,​ ​ given the many disruptions to their learning during COVID pandemic.

“I would like to pay tribute to the resilience and fortitude which our pupils have shown and I would also like to congratulate the outstanding teaching staff have who have worked tirelessly to support every learner to achieve their best.

“I am delighted that the majority of pupils have secured places at universities of their choice, work based placements and employment.

“The governing body and staff at the school wish them all every success for the future,” he continued.

“Notable achievements include - Emily Batty who attained A* in biology, A* in English lit, and an A* in geography.

“We would like to wish Emily the very best as she starts her degree in geography at Oxford.

“James Goodwin Close has achieved an A* in chemistry, A* in Physics and A* in maths and an A* in further maths.

“Freya Williams who is moving on to Exeter to study geography has attained A* in geography, A* in history and an A in Biology.

“Morgan Diment has secured a place to study computer science in Cardiff attained an A* in chemistry, A* in maths and an A in computer science.

“Sam Prestwick achieved and A* in physics, A* in maths and an A in history,” he added.
