“Year 10 pupils also celebrated encouraging results, which will stand them in good stead for their final year of compulsory education. Congratulations to them all and good luck to them next year.

“Finally, I would like to thank the Governing Body and Trustees for their unwavering support as we continue to enhance the provision and outcomes for all pupils.

“As I now hand over to the new Headteacher, Mr Jonathan Davies, it is with pride and gratitude that I reflect on the journey we have taken together.

“I am deeply thankful to the pupils, staff, and families who have supported me throughout my time at Haverfordwest High VC School; it has been a privilege to lead such a dedicated community. The school has achieved so much already, and I know it will continue to go from strength to strength.

“Although I am stepping aside, I will continue to follow the progress of the school and its pupils with immense pride, and I look forward to celebrating the many future successes that lie ahead.

“Whatever their destination, we wish our students every success in the future and look forward to celebrating their achievements in the years ahead. Those returning to Sixth Form will begin on Wednesday 3rd September, alongside our new Year 7 intake, with all other students returning on Thursday 4th September,” she added.
