Pictured are Tenby Rainbows showing their floury hands after enjoying mixing and kneading their bread dough for their Harvest celebrations when they learned about healthy eating. Each Rainbow made their own bun to take home to bake. Later, they buttered their own warm bread with Welsh butter and took home a Rainbow bread recipe from Skylark.
