Pembroke School is very proud to announce the presentation of its inaugural Worshipful Livery Company of Wales Award to Sam Davies, an outstanding sixth form student who completed his A-Levels at the school this summer.

The award is intended to acknowledge and reward students who have made an exceptional contribution to the life of the school, whilst also achieving a level of recognition or qualification in which are reflected the best qualities of Welsh identity and national representation; to this end, Sam’s excellent school record and achievements were recognised alongside his tireless work for the St. John’s Ambulance in Wales on a national and international basis.

Sam is currently mid-way through selection for the Royal Navy and plans to use his £250 award to meet the costs associated with the application and selection process.

Both Pembroke School and The Worshipful Livery Company of Wales wish Sam every success for the future and Pembroke School would like to thank the Worshipful Livery Company of Wales for their generous support through the donation of the award and look forward to further collaborations in support of deserving Sixth Form students.
