Narberth School have been working the Adventure Beyond to develop their outdoor learning experiences. Co-working with Jethro Moore, director of Adventure Beyond, adventure activities have been mapped out across the curriculum for all school ages. Pupils during the year have visited Poppit Sands, Cardigan to meet the Lifeguards, climbing at Wolfscastle, coasteering at Abereiddi, canoeing at Cilgerran Castle and surfing at Newgale. The activities have been included to enhance the new themes and to make curriculum delivery more exciting and inspiring.

Healthy school

Members of the School Council were awarded their fifth leaf in the Healthy Schools Programme. Liz Western, Pembrokeshire Healthy Schools co-ordinator, attended the school to present the children with their award. In the photograph also is Mrs. Llinos Williams, the Healthy Schools co-ordinator for Narberth School. The school will now be working towards their National Quality Award.
