A great time was had by all who attended the recent Christmas party and quiz night at East Williamston Community Hall.

Few braved the frosty evening for carols around the Christmas tree.

The children enjoyed the party games and the winner of the children's fancy dress competition was Cian Rogers, who dressed as Spiderman. The adult competition was won by Rhydian Rees, who dressed as a snowman.

More joined in time for the Christmas themed quiz.

Money raised by the quiz and raffle will be added to that already raised for Ty Hafan.

It is hoped that in the New Year, a representative of the charity will be able to come to a quiz and be presented with a cheque.

To round off a great evening, there was a very amusing game of 'Mr and Mrs'.

There will be a New Year's Eve party at the hall, with the bar opening at 7.30 pm. Everyone is asked to bring a plate of food for the bring and share buffet.
