Local rock 'n' rollers are dancing a week earlier next month.

Their home, the ROAB Club in Tenby, will stage the monthly event on October 7 - the first Friday of the month, instead of the usual second weekend.

"We hope for a good turnout," said Boppin' Brian, who helps to organise the popular Tenby Rock 'n' Roll Club.

"Normally we hold the dance on the second Friday to avoid a prevalence of events often happening on the first weekend of each month. But this time we're not aware of similar events, so we're rocking and jiving on October 7."
