Sir,
Wales is trying to introduce a law of prohibiting smoking in cars while children are passengers. So far so good, but will this law actually be enforced or flaunted like driving under the influence of alcohol or driving whilst using hand-held mobiles?
These two examples have been laws for years, yet we have the arrogant driver whose attitude is, for some inconceivable reason, to think that they are above these laws as it doesn't suit them.
It's a selfish, conceited attitude by drivers who are endangering other road users driving within the law and also innocent pedestrians going about their business. Yet still they knowingly flaunt, without any shame on their part, the laws and put everyone else at risk.
