Saturday, January 20, promises to be an entertaining night at the Queen's Hall, Narberth, with a double whammy benefit gig for Tidy Like Records and the Celtic Blue Rock Festival, who will be presenting a stomping seven-band line up to burn off the holiday excesses! Appearting will be the Penny Sows, debutants Not the only Clown in the Village, Persona B, Supergene, Powersteppers, Halflight and the Huckabees. Tidy Like Records will be releasing two albums, one from headliners, the Huckabees (formerly known as Freaky Fortnight), and a Celtic Blue Rock compilation album featuring 20 bands who played this year's Celtic Blue. A new album will also be available from Halflight... it just gets better and better. The night will feature interactive film-making and large-screen footage, circus entertainment and a Tidy Like Records and Celtic Blue Rock stall selling music and T shirts. Tidy Like Records and the Celtic Blue Rock both work to support and showcase West Wales' diverse musical talents and money raised from the evening will go to support the work of both organisations throughout the year.
