Narberth Youth 23 pts. Pemb Dock Quins 8

Narberth Youth had a deserved win at home to Pembroke Dock Quins. Scrum-half Tom Parsells opened the scoring with a trademark pick-up and go try, converted by outside-half Tom Richards, who extended the lead with two penalties in the first half. In the second half, Richards kicked another penalty and also converted a try by centre Deri Galvin, who touched down after a powerful burst following a number of phases to open up the Quins' defence. In reply, the visitors scored an unconverted try and penalty.

Narberth Youth were made to work hard before getting the better of the visitors from Pembrokeshire College. Winger Grant Brown scored an exciting individual try, left wing Jonathan Morse did well to finish off a good team try and centre Gethin Salter also touched down for the Narberth team. Two of the tries were converted by outside-half Sam McNaughton. The visitors had tries through Darren John and Chris Jenkins, both of which were converted by outside-half Tom Richards, a Narberth regular who was on duty for his college team on this occasion.
