Sir,

This is an open letter to the person who is letting their dog foul in Tenby's Brother Thomas Garden.

You and I are very similar in the fact that we both hate picking up dog mess. The difference between us is I manage that by not owning a dog, you on the other hand manage it by just leaving it for other people to step in, slip on or pick up.

Now maybe I have got this wrong and you know something that I don't know about the benefits of dog fouling to a community.

To that end, I am happy to meet you at the garden on Saturday at 11 am, where you can convince me of these benefits and from there we can convert Tenby into a major dog fouling town and hopefully win Wales in Dog Mess 2014.
