Police are appealing to parents to be aware of the location of their children in the evenings. Officers were called to Penally Railway Station on Friday evening where youths had alcohol confiscated and destroyed. Said PC 270 Terry Pugh, of Tenby Police Station: "Parents had to be informed and the youths were collected. Those who could not be collected were transported back to their home address and parents informed." Added PC Pugh: "Police have also received complaints of the use of BB guns in the Penally area by youths, and officers remind parents that whilst these guns are used under correct supervision they are fine, but should persons be firing or using these on the street, they may be committing an offence."
