Put a rocket in your pocket and soar away to the Tenby Rock 'n' Roll Club on Friday, November 11.
The club, which dances to hits of the '50s and early '60s, goes off with a bang at the stunning RAOB Club in Station Road, Kilgetty.
There's a chance to dance the night away - till 11 pm anyway. Entrance at 8 pm is only £4.
Boppin' Brian will be there to give basic instruction. He'll have you dancing simple rock 'n' roll in no time. Or you could just sit back, wallow in that special '50s atmosphere and listen to some nostalgic hits, with a drink
Hopefully, Patrick will be on hand, too, to show how some novelty versions of the jive are done. You don't need a partner for this bit.
You can't hold a (Roman) candle to rock 'n' roll as a great way to exercise without being bored. It's also easy to make new friends at the club, which prides itself on its friendly community spirit.
Most people don't dress up, but you're welcome to wear something from the golden age of rock 'n' roll.
Anyone bringing along a prize for the raffle will fill the organisers with gratitude.
So if you like the music of Little Richard, Jerry Lee Lewis, Brenda Lee, Connie Francis, Bill Haley, the Everly Brothers and all their friends, pull on your high heel sneakers - and get down to the ROAB Club for some rock 'n' roll fun on Friday, November 11.
