Tenby's frugal lent lunches are now in full flow. The next one is at St. Mary's Church on Wednesday (March 14).

You can get soup, a roll and a cuppa for just £3. Though please give a little more if you can.

Your meagre lunch will support thousands of families who simply don't have enough to eat.

Tenby's Christian Aid group, who arrange the lunches, send all the money raised to help starving adults and children in the developing world.

The lunches are also an ideal way to join Lent's journey with other people.

After the lunch at St. Mary's Church House on Wednesday, there are three more midday meals - Salvation Army (March 21), St. Mary's (March 28) and the Salvation Army (April 4).

Anyone who hasn't time for lunch is invited to leave a donation at the door - or at 9 Crackwell Street, Tenby.
