Sir, I am writing to express my disgust at what is now becomeing the biggest eyesore in Pembrokeshire - the entrance to the old nightclub at Penally/Crackwell Holiday Camp. Anyone travelling along the Tenby to Pembroke road will pass this area and in full view there is an old touring van which has been smashed to bits and left. Also behind the van there are now five, yes five dumped cars. This has been ongoing since last summer and is now nothing short of a major disgrace. I have written and telephoned various council departments and as yet have not had any reply to this matter. I would like to think that if this was our area, Rhondda Cynon Taff council would have prosecuted someone by now and removed the eyesore. How this is left at the side of the road in what has to be one of the UK's biggest and best tourist areas is beyond me.
