New editions of the Directories of Local Groups, Societies and Speakers are now in production. Published by the Reference and Local Studies Library at Haverfordwest, the directories are available to members of the public in branch and mobile libraries across the county. They list groups and societies that operate in Pembrokeshire and provide details of individuals willing to give talks to organisations on interests or subjects of expertise. In order to ensure that all the published information is accurate entries for the new 2008 guides should be with the Haverfordwest Reference Library by Monday, December 31. All groups and individuals, who have previously been included, have automatically been sent an information pack. New groups and societies or speakers can request an information pack for entry by 'phoning (01437) 776126/775248 or e-mailing [email protected]">[email protected]. Please state whether you would like a hard copy or electronic version.
