Being online can make a significant difference to people’s lives - helping them to find work, manage their finances, stay in touch with friends and family, purchase cheaper goods and services or learn new things.
Using unfamiliar technology and navigating your way around the internet can be daunting. To help make things easier, Pembrokeshire Libraries are offering four digital help sessions around the county.
If you need help shopping, saving and socialising online; finding digital health information; using E-books and E-magazines; using family history websites or looking for work online then come along to the free sessions to get more out of the web for work, home and leisure.
Sessions are generally on a one to one basis and are tailored to your needs and interests. Bring your own laptop or tablet or use the library computers, whichever you prefer.
St. Davids Library - Monday, February 19 (11 am -12 pm), Pembroke Library and Information Centre - Wednesday, February 21 (11 am -12 pm), Newport Community Library - Thursday, February 22 (11 am - 12 pm), Narberth Community Library - Friday, February 23 (10.30-11.30 am).
Places are limited so to book a session or for further information contact Laura Evans (library development officer) on 01437 776639 or [email protected]
