A great day was held at the Temple Bar Inn, Amroth, for Pembrokeshire Macmillan annual Derby Day event on Saturday, June 3!
Several ladies came suitably attired for a day of hospitality on Epsom Downs, sporting posh hats and stunning dresses.
Temple Bar Inn team were a tremendous help and support throughout the planning and organisation on the day.
Pembrokeshire Macmillan volunteers came up trumps as usual, providing salads, selling raffle tickets, cooking on the BBQ and helping with the highly successful table top sale.
The £100 Derby Day draw was won by Helen Jenkins, who has a caravan locally.
Huge thank yous to local businesses who kindly donated raffle prizes and to all who came along to support this cause. In total, around £1,800 was raised to support Pembrokeshire people diagnosed with cancer.
Fantastic effort all round!
Next event will be the Welsh cake day on the harbour in Saundersfoot on July 28.
