CONGRATULATIONS to Rachel Joseph, who recently graduated from the University of Gloucestershire with a B.Ed (Hons) degree in Primary Education and QTS.

Rachel is the daughter of Robert and Wendy Joseph, of Giltar Grove, Penally.

A former pupil of Penally and The Greenhill Schools and Pembrokeshire College, Rachel is now working as a head of a preparatory school in Cheltenham.
