A hat-trick of tries from centre Aaron Evans ensured that Trimsaran saw off Tenby convincingly in this Division Four West.

The recent form of the Seasiders has left a lot to be desired and this was continued as they travelled away with only 12 men.

Although they battled bravely in the first half, only going in at the break 14-8 behind, they paid the inevitable price. Barry John scored Tenby's only try of the match, with Tom Lewis converting the kick.

As well as the three from Evans, winger Lee Millan touched down twice for the homeside and there was one try each for left-winger Phil Griffiths and flyhalf Dafydd Latham, who also kicked four conversions, before the referee blew the final whistle early to save the Seasiders from further punishment.
